3.喷漆
一般是指液体喷涂,他的工艺有两种:液体烤漆和自干喷漆,自干就是喷完了在常温下可以自然固化,成本较低,但效果跟烤漆没法比。喷漆的颜色效果会好一些,漆膜厚度比较薄,适合一些精密的产品,成本要高一些。

4.喷塑(也叫喷粉)
是指粉末被极化,在电场力的作用下,均匀附着在极性相反的产品表面。喷塑特点:耐磨,耐腐蚀方面比较好,膜比较厚,适合机柜、设备类的比较粗的产品,成本较低,塑粉还可以回收。
